Here’s an update on my workflow for creating AI cinema with expressive, consistent characters. I generate the images in MidJourney, animate them using a mix of Runway Gen2 (75%) and Pikkalabs (25%), and sync the lip movements with Wav2Lip. The voices are based on my own voice, processed through VoiceAI’s voice-to-voice feature. A 4K version is available on my YouTube channel—links are in my profile.
